Tournament Director Query

"Our club is hosting an eight-team regional showcase. How does a half-day shoot cover multiple brackets across separate grass pitches?"

Tournament organizer coordinating four concurrent matches and needing consistent media coverage without booking four separate crews.

Elena Petrova, Editor-in-Chief Half-Day Shoot Specification

Our half-day shoot package delivers four continuous hours pitchside at 555 USD per half-day.

A half-day tournament assignment is priced at 555 USD per half-day. This unit provides four continuous hours of on-pitch coverage, accommodating up to two full 90-minute league matches or four consecutive youth tournament playoff brackets. Our photojournalist arrives sixty minutes prior to the opening whistle to map field positions, verify lighting conditions, and confirm team jersey contrasts.

We operate fast telephoto prime glass and high-frame-rate 4K bodies mounted on rigid monopod rigs. What the quote depends on includes: the volume of matches covered; pitch travel distance across the Austin metro area; whether you require raw unedited card delivery or post-production editing at 150 USD per hour; and requested turn-time urgency. A customer compares us on transparent price per session, price per half-day, what is included in editing, and delivery speed.

You receive an edited gallery of 35 to 50 print-grade action selects, color-graded to athletic contrast standards, plus five short social highlight clips. Add an individual finished 9:16 vertical video reel at 444 USD per item or engage post-production video editing at 150 USD per hour for full match reels. Elena Petrova, Editor-in-Chief Training Session Capture

Training session field shoots capture squad agility, technical drills, and player development.

Competitive soccer media is not restricted to matchday. Our mini session (500 USD) and half-day shoot (555 USD) can be booked for academy content days, training camps, and tactical scrimmages. We document agility drills, goalkeeper diving sets, set-piece walkthroughs, and small-sided rondos.

These sessions yield clean visual libraries that clubs use for season-long player recruitment, college showcase packets, and coaching curriculum announcements. Elena Petrova coordinates directly with technical directors to ensure our cameras never interrupt practice flow or cross coach tactical lines.

Elena Petrova, Editor-in-Chief Match Ethics & Refusal

Pitchside etiquette, referee boundaries, and what our camera crews refuse to do.

Penalnaro operators adhere to official soccer match rules. We remain behind the technical touchline and respect the assistant referee run path. We never enter the pitch during live play or contest referee disciplinary calls.

We decline clients who demand fake confrontation filming, staged red cards, or harassment of opposing players. We do not shoot unflattering player distress injuries. Our sports photography celebrates athletic discipline, tactical intensity, and authentic competitive passion.
